Join me for a walk along the spectacular East Yorkshire coastline as we go searching for one of the most iconic birds in all the land – Puffins.
Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of one of the best wildlife spectacles Britain has to offer – our jaw-dropping seabird colonies. Dramatic chalk cliffs rise from the North Sea, providing homes for tens of thousands of birds that cling to life on the edge. We’ll spot Guillemots, Razorbills, Gannets, Fulmars and, of course, Puffins. I don’t like using the G-word, but this is one of the few walks where the target bird is almost guaranteed!
There’s also always a chance of Corn Buntings singing in the fields, seals bobbing in the waves or dolphins out to sea. This is one of my favourite spots in the whole world, and the coastline and its wildlife never disappoint!
Where: Flamborough, East Yorkshire (exact location given after booking).
Duration: Walks will be approximately 3 hours.
